Product introduction

Product process

1. Purchase TA1 type titanium base material to ensure that the surface of the plate is smooth and smooth, without deep scratches and defects.

2. Perform mechanical processing on the purchased titanium substrate to process the size required by the customer.

3. Anneal the titanium substrate at a temperature> 500 degrees. (Eliminate stress and ensure flatness).

4. During annealing and leveling treatment, a dense titanium oxide layer will be formed on the surface of the titanium substrate, which is polished by mechanical or manual polishing to make the surface have titanium luster.

5. Use 10% concentration of oxalic acid to pickle and etch the titanium substrate, and perform a few hours in a slightly boiling state to etch the surface oxide layer into the surface of titanium hydride.

6. Reasonable qualitative and quantitative configuration of precious metal solution according to the customer's anode application environment.

7. After pickling, the titanium substrate is qualified, that is, the surface texture is gray and uniform, and then it is manually painted, sintered and sintered according to the set temperature, and then cooled naturally, and then painted after cooling to room temperature until 17-20 times Finish the application of the configuration solution above.

8. After the sintering process is completed, the life test is carried out, and the package is shipped after the test is qualified.
